Presto Probe with Quick-Release
This works on my HotPot, which came with a defective probe. The Presto Probe Heat Control Replacement works well and it has a magnetic detachment so you don't accidentally spill whatever hot contents you have cooking in case you accidentally pull the cord. They should all be made this way!

Perfect replacement cord
I own a Bella 10.5" x 20" Ceramic Griddle that I could not find the cord for through the manufacturer or in the store so I purchased this one on faith, best choice for the griddle! It fit and worked perfectly. It is also magnetic unlike the original cord for the griddle. If you lost a cord like me for your griddle this one is perfect. The heat settings are comparable as well.
