Good, very good.

I bought one of these contours about a year ago, and surprisingly it did just as well as the catalyst blades did (just without no handle and fun sized of course! ) I used the green contours with my Soho acrylic's when I was doing my bird paintings and with a painting of a still life.

Fun to use

Princeton Catalyst Contour #22- Green. Works well, much smaller in the palm than the wedges. I had fun using this in paint, haven't tried with any mediums yet but I'm sure the peaks would stay more crisp- my paint kind of unevenly spreads back out for a unique effect

Great for short water color brushes.

Use it for my water color brushes because it protects the bristles. Keeps them straight and doesn't bend
