The item arrived in a timely fashion. It was packaged decently. The directions for assembly were straightforward. The material is of a high quality. The 3 star review is based on the pricing and stability of the unit once assembled. For $60 this should be much larger. It's more what you'd give to a child who wanted to play hotel housekeeping, rather than everyday use for a family. (I did read the measurements before purchasing. This is just for someone else's reference.) Also, the metal structure isn't as sturdy as the $60 price point should ensure it is. Once laundry is placed inside, the wheels don't rotate properly, and the sides of the hamper feel as if they'll bend so far, they'll break, if pushed. It's a cute idea. If you use it for decorative purposes, it'll be fantastic. However, if you were hoping for high quality all around, this isn't for you.

This hamper has a great look and the bag portion is strong and sturdy. It is much smaller than I envisioned and requires significant bending over to use is as a rolling device. The frame is sturdy enough, although it is not super tough. The wheels have fallen off due to the nuts coming loose with minimal movement of the cart. I had to use industrial glue to keep them from coming loose. Although I like the esthetic of this product, I would not buy again.
