2 Pack, Summer Oak, Varathane Premium Oil-Based Interior Wood Stain-211689H, Quart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Varathane premium wood stain in the shade Early American is a great product. The consistency is not too runny or thick, and it spreads nicely and easily. One coat provides really nice coverage and a very light, classic wood color. The shade is versatile and buildable in the sense that one coat gives you a nice, light, natural stain, but can use multiple coats if aiming for a richer, darker stain. I was impressed with the drying time, as it did not take too long for the product to dry fully, but it also didn't start drying up immediately and make it difficult to achieve a consistent color. It's a great product, and the shade Early American is very classic, natural, and beautiful. I would highly recommend this product!

The drying time was spot on 2 hours and clean up was very easy I am now a big fan on Varathane it covered all of my projects the way it was meant too. I RATE THIS PRODUCT 5 of of 5 Stars .
