Very good training tool.

Really well designed for the application. Works better than I expected, the weight of the anchor, the mass of the ball, and the elasticity of the cord make it a challenging and responsive target.

Get fit

Wanted to purchase a boxing bag and a stand but I purchased this Quick Puncher instead. I'm so glad I did. It's an easy install, less bulky, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. I choose not to insert the screw in the ceiling and tied the cord around the vent lever. Great workout. I can't wait to complete the suggested drills on the drill cards that comes with puncher. There are 10 drills in all. Happy customer. Worth the buy!
