** Horrible Experience **

I order two (2) of these from Walmart and both arrived broken. The company that actually shipped these out, sent the ignitors in a box that was box properly protected. After requesting that they send me replacements, they only sent ONE back and I have not heard anything back from them since. Very Poor customer service and Walmart should be aware of who they sub-contracting out to offer these items.
