Shake the roller well, then apply to the wrists, temples and the artery in your neck, each time you experience a feeling of stress. If possible, close your eyes and then take 10 very long breaths, letting all your muscles relax. Precautions for use:After application, you are advised to avoid prolonged sun exposure.
