The manufacturer responded on the same day when I reported broken and missing parts, promptly shipping the replacements even before my initial review. I'm highly impressed with both their product and support. The product arrived in a timely manner, with the packaging mostly intact but scratched-up. Unfortunately, the locking bar, washer, and some nuts were missing, and one caster was significantly deformed. I reached out to the seller regarding replacements for the damaged and missing parts. Overall, the product appears well-designed. I managed to straighten the deformed caster to some extent, but it's evident that it's not as robust as the undamaged ones. Locating the missing nuts and washer was easy for me (it pays to hoard hardware). However, the absence of the locking bar results in the unit sagging over time, as mentioned by other reviewers. As an elderly individual who probably shouldn't be lifting anything close to my body weight, I truly appreciate this product. I'll gladly upgrade to five stars if I can receive replacements for the damaged and missing parts.

The only downside to this stand is that the wheels are a bit weak. I might consider swapping them out later for a sturdier, wider set. Nevertheless, overall, it functions exceptionally well.
