AOC Monitor 22" Class IPS Panel Full HD 1920x1080 50M:1 VGA DVI-D I2267FW

Brand New Right out of the Box I kept getting no signal while hooked to my PC. Tried my desktop and Laptop and it wouldnt work on either one. No signal on both. I highly do not recommend this monitor

This monitor WAS beautiful for all of 3 days. Gorgeous picture. Then it just stopped working. I'm an avid gamer and had just bought a brand new desktop gaming PC. I have a limited budget and wanted a good quality monitor, at least, the best I could afford. (No 4K for me unfortunately) I thought I had gotten an amazing deal. I was wrong. DO NOT BUY THIS. It worked wonderfully for all of 3 days. I hooked it up according to instructions and used it for typical PC stuff and gaming- transferring files from my old laptop to my new PC, Skype chat, FB, and spent many hours playing Fallout 4. Apparently, this was too much for it as it suddenly turned pink and purple and the picture went haywire. It wasn't merely annoying flickering, the entire picture was moving up and down SO FAST that it was a blur and I couldn't even attempt any of the fixes/troubleshooting I found online (on my old laptop) because I couldn't read the screen. I couldn't even turn off my PC because I couldn't click on the shut down button. Thank goodness for automatic sleep mode. I know it was the monitor because even after unhooking it from the PC, I turned it back on and the AOC logo was pink and purple and moving up and down in a blur, while a buzzing came from the back. Then it just shut off on it's own. I tried to rehook it up to my PC, out of desperation that I was just hallucinating (haha). It did the same thing and shut off again by itself. Needless to say, I'm returning it and will not be buying this brand again. That's what I get for trusting one review about a brand I'd barely heard about.
