This heavy-duty cuber will make cube steaks out of the toughest meat! Tenderize and prepare your own cube steaks and cutlets from wild game and less-than-choice cuts of meat. Two rollers turn 31 stainless steel blades to cut into coarse meats up to 3/4" thick. Simply drop the meat into the top and hand crank your cutlets or tenderized steaks. Removable stripper blades keep the meat from wrapping around the rollers. Cast aluminum construction with durable white food-grade coating for super-fast cleaning Nylon base won't hold bacteria or contaminate the meat. Disassembles for easy clean up. excellent tenderizer
This tenderizer is well worth the money. It takes very little effort to tenderize even the thickest cuts of meat. We run each piece through twice and it's falling apart tender. It disassembles easily for cleaning and storage. It is very well made and built to last. I shopped around before buying this model and I couldn't be more satisfied. Great tool to have if you are a hunter!!!
