Great Quality Easy to Assemble

Very solid chair, heavy steel note that if ur looking for a chair to move around a lot this isn't it there's a bit of heft. Easy to put together . Packing requires a bit more insulation, one end of the box was ripped in transit and not sure how but 2 screws for the back bars were lost in transit. Could not get a hold of the company, phone kept ringing w/o answer or voicemail. Thankfully it Home Depot sells what I needed. BUT I would not order from this company again since Walmart makes you contact the company directly for parts. And there's not possible way to repack this chair for return if needed and they are not easy to get a hold of
