Cabinet space with a very small footprint

The package I received was very damaged. One end of the box looked like an accordion. I was sure the cabinet would be damaged but because of great packaging the contents were just fine. I was surprised by that and my hat is off to the packaging designer. All items were well labeled and the instructions were generally pretty clear with one exception. When you are putting the drawer together, take your time. Make sure you're clear about which panel goes on which side. If you get it backwards, the drawer probably won't slide into the cabinet. There's a tab that sticks out that would block it I think. I managed to get it right the first time but I had to look at the drawing several times to verify which way it went. Also, when you're putting the back on, be careful of the little screws. The instructions say to put this cabinet together without power tools. The little screws for the back are self tapping and if you get them lined up at a slight angle, they tend to want to fly across the room. They don't give you extras. I bought this cabinet because it looks very similar to a Nantucket style pantry I already owned from Home Styles. The color on both cabinets is described as Distressed white. I compared the pictures on the web and they looked the same as far as I could tell. The on-screen comparison didn't work. The color of the Nantucket pantry is off white. The color of the Crosley Seaside Cabinet is bright white. This was a risk that I knew I was taking. I'm planning to paint the Seaside cabinet. I'm including this information in case someone else has the same question. Although the Seaside cabinet is listed as a linen cabinet, I'm going to be using it in my kitchen. Once they are both the same color, the two cabinets will look like sisters and the so called "Linen Cabinet" will be quite at home in my intended location. The Nantucket pantry has the bead board detail on the sides where the Seaside cabinet has plain sides. The description of the hardware for the Seaside cabinet says "Gunmetal finish". This is inaccurate. The hardware I received is just plain black. The only other difference between the two cabinets is the door hanging hardware. The Nantucket pantry has traditional hinges for the doors. The Seaside cabinet doors are hung on plastic spring pins, like a closet door.

The drawer was impossible to put in we had to take the slides out and readjust them and they were put in by the factory we did not do that. Tried calling the company and we were on hold forever and ever. Frustrating.
