ArtToFrames 11x28 inch Stainless Steel Picture Frame, Silver MDF Poster Frame (3882)

I ordered the frame in early December and got a shipping confirmation on 12/11. Another notice on 12/15 said the item was "in transit", and that's where it stayed through Christmas Eve. The final notice said delivery would be on 12/26, which it was. The post office certainly had issues last year with delays, so this was probably where the fault lies. I've ordered from your company a number of times and never had an issue. I'll chalk this up to a one-off aberration.

I had an interesting dilemma. Photographs purchased years ago that did not fit in any normal-sized frame. So had to have them made special. Prices at local stores like Hobby Lobby were outrageous so I took a chance on ArtToFrame. It worked out great and I couldn't be any more pleased. My only concern was when I checked on my order the product had not been shipped when it was predicted to be. But in the end the items showed up before I was told they would so in the end, perfect.
