like the clock, however it kept turning off after a few seconds. instruction manual says it turns off after 10-15 sec. called customer service and they said some models have a power saver mode. all I had to do to fix it was hold or click the down button and it was fixed. just and FYI in case someone else has this problem

The bamboo look is very pleasant and fit my bedroom style perfectly. The blue LED display is also very soothing. The clock actually goes to sleep after a little while, so it's not going to project any light in the bedroom, but when you need to see the time you just need to touch the top. Also you can use both battery and power adapter, I prefer battery as it reduces the clutter.
