What part of this is oversized?

I am, by no means, an enormous human. I typically wear XL and it's on the baggy side. When I tell you that advertising this as “oversized” is absurd, I mean it. This is, at best, a men's medium. Quality is iffy, it's very thin, almost see through. Just spend the extra $10 to get a brand worth the money, the thought I was saving a buck on a shirt for St. Patrick's Day was a mistake.
