The eyeliners are both dry and will not glide across my eyelids at all. I've tried to heat them up and still I'm dragging my eyelids across my face to try and get color to show up. I get very little and it looks awful.

Stayed on all day when it worked. Dried out after a few months, bought a new one and it was dried out upon opening. Do not waste your time OR confirm it works before you leave the store. Even then, will it last?
