This is an awesome little pack of gear to keep your glasses on your face. I was having a really hard time during yoga class and dance class because I sweat a lot and in yoga especially, we do a lot of inversions. So I couldn't keep my glasses on my face. The little ear pieces are my favorite part of this kit. They really keep your glasses on even if your upside down.
