Very good!

I use this when I make dressings to better stabilize water and oil and keep them from separating, and add to smoothies as well. Has a nutty taste very true to actual sunflower seeds, but I do use a small amount so that I don't taste it. Please 👍 if you found this helpful! 🌼

Great product

This is great quality product. Lecithin is very beneficial ingredient that I love having on my kitchen. I mix it with nut butter for my morning sandwich. The texture is thick syrup with strong sunflower taste. The size of the package is not big. I can definitely recommend the product.
