Good bed, word of caution
The bed frame is very nice. Easy to assemble and works exactly as expected. However, be careful in making large package or high value purchases online from Walmart. I accidentally used the stored card information, realized my mistake and canceled the order. Then made the order using the preferred card. Both frames arrived, even though I had canceled immediately after ordering (less than ten minutes.) The store will not refund the money until AFTER it is received at the origin and none of the customer service representatives can do anything about it because “that is the way the system does it” and there “is nothing we can do, but don't worry, you will receive the refund.” That is, up to seven days (ten for credit card) after they receive it, after four to five days shipping each way. The money will be held, with no recourse for two weeks.
