Taking this dosage twice a day (2 Tabs each time) gives the calcium that was recommended for my needs. I choose this for that reason and for the fact that the only other ingredient was Vit D3. (It's hard to find a brand without all the extras which are already in my multivitamin.) A plus is the very smooth coating which allows for easy swallowing. I used to pick this up at my local Walmart. Unfortunately, there is no Walmart where I now live so I tried online. I don't like paying a ship cost but the package did arrive when expected.

Huge Calcium Tablets
I take the Calcium Citrate Tablets on a regular basis. I ordered these because of the large quantity and price. I usually buy the petite size tablets but they were sold out so I opted for these. My friends, these tablets are huge! I am going to have to fillet them to be able to swallow these big uns. In the picture they look small. Like a doable pill to take. Take it from me, they are big. I am going to give them a try though. The price is good anyway.
