Instructions
1. Combine 1 cup of Barley Couscous and 2 1/4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to a simmer. Stir and cover with a lid.
3. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let sit with the lid off for 1-2 minutes. Season to taste.
