Product warranty is 6 months from the date of purchase. Extended warranty for 24 months on all USB components and 24 months on custom engraving guaranteed against any chipping or fading. WARRANTY: All of our products are warrantied for six months* from the date of purchase. If your product should fail for any reason (other than misuse, neglect) UMD will send a complete replacement product or will replace the failed component. This decision will be at the sole discretion of UMD. *All USB electronic flash drives are warrantied for a period of 24 months.
