I do like these stools. I have the white and it is a shiny white finish. The seat is bigger than I expected. My husband and I put them together and by the 6th chair we finally had the installation down pretty good! (First two took over an hour!). The only problem is quality control. Two chairs had issues. I hope they stay together as one chair had a broken part and the other chair one of the holes didn't hold the screw. I had to jury rig it with pieces of a toothpick. I am not sure if the foot rest will be strong enough over time. Over all I like them. PS. Not sure who I should contact about the problem chairs?

I had a pair of stools from HomeGoods that looked just like these. I thought I was ordering the same item, but it is not. These are bigger and of a lower quality. If I did not have the other ones to compare, I would have thought they were great, but since I can compare them to the other ones, these are ok and good for the price.
