I ordered a blue hat but received a black hat. I don't know if all the wrinkles will ever come out, that happened because it was shipped in a small plastic bag. I already have 3 black hats and was really thrilled to be buying a blue one. There was no return label, but I have decided to keep it. Maybe, one day I will get to wear it. In the meantime, I still need a blue hat, yet not sure if I should take another chance and order again.

Packaging ruined the hat!

$5 hat and it's nice but was sent in a 5inch by 5 inch plastic bag. Just crammed in and so wrinkled. I threw it away. Why would someone do that? Had it shipped in a box it would have been 5 stars.
