Great book!!

I'm so glad I bought this book. Very informative and an easy read. I use Coconut Oil daily. It is great as a substitute for cooking with Corn or Veg. Oil. I also eat it right out of the container. After opening the Coconut oil, it has to be refrigerated. At least the type I bought. It is shipped well enclosed and is liquid. I bought Extra Virgin Coconut Oil from Puritan's Pride website. 2-16 oz. containers for $27.99 that includes shipping and tax. It's so good for you!

Yay for coconut!!!

The book answered many questions about cococut oil and compares it to other types of oils. It explains the many benefits and uses of coconut oil, coconut milk and coconut water. It includes a recipe section, too. I love it.
