!!esagI really enjoyed about everything about this product. the ONLY thing i could not enjoy was its tough skin !! :(. the flavors and texture were really quite good. i believe this sausage could be a great addition to pizza. however i would take it out of its casing before adding to a pizza !!! adding onions and sweet peppers could be a must with this yummy sausage. in addition, if i were to use it in breakfast tacos, i would definitely remove the casing first. it's just too tough to allow real enjoyment !!

I've tried several different kinds of brats, I have always paid special attention to beer brats. If you've never had a beer brat then I think it's time because you're past due. These specific beer bratwursts are not heavy on the beer. In fact, I don't even know if you could tell there was beer in them if you weren't told in advance. Beer just seems to lock in juices and flavor. Incredible on the Walmart bakery brioche buns because the buns are top split insteaf of cut on the side. This lets the sausage nestle down in the bun without falling apart and making a mess! We do Seattle Dogs!! Cream cheese spreads first into that bun! Add some good pub mustard, and grilled onions. We also pile on some grilled saurkraut and finish with a dash of seasoned salt. Jalapeno cream cheese is fantastic if you want some kick! If you want to really have a FBE (full beer experience) then grab a slow cooker and pour a couple tall buys in. Turn it on low, and drop in your sausages. Come back after work and you've got a hillybilly feast! I worked in a gas station in Idaho as a teen and we did this. Sold out every single day.
