I buy these mostly for the Fiber. But they are also a quick snack for when you need to take medicine that requires you to eat. And this is what I also use it for. You can taste the Honey and of course the oats in it. Good crunchy combo. You can also crunch up and add a little milk to it and make a Granola cereal or add it on top of some Vanilla Yogurt for a quick healthy breakfast!

These bars are great for a snack on a break at work , taking with you on a plane, or just needing a snack at home. Sometimes I'll crush them on top of my yogurt. 11g of sugar for both bars isn't too bad. You can also split to 2 pack between siblings or yourself and your partner 😊 At Walmart the price isn't too bad for this pack.
