Such a deep massage

This gets in deep and helps so much with my back pain. Just be careful not to use it too long like I did. I kept restarting it over and over because it felt so good. Then later in the day if anyone touched that area, it felt like it was a giant tender bruise.The heat is just the right amount and it's an awesome massager. I bought one for home and one for my office.

Good but doesn't last more than 5 months with heavy use.

I love this item. I've purchased 2 in the last year. Why 2? Because after using for an hour daily, it has died after 5 months. There is no way to return to the company even with a 1 yr warrenty, and always dies after the TRAKK return window has closed.
