This is a nice looking fan and works well as a fan and is quiet. But the water and cooling system is not so good.The fill tank for the water and ice blocks is difficult to get to and impossible to see the gauge for water level and the ice blocks are hard to get in and out.

This is a good tower fan. It's attractive and quiet. However the cooling feature is non existent, no matter with water or the ice packs the temperature is no different than just a fan. It doesn't not cool down even a small bedroom but does provide air circulation.
