Good but not great

Don't get me wrong it ok , it sucks the carpet get on mode 2 or speed 2, I wish it was a little bit long so I don't have to bend down so much, also the attachment are hard to hook up that come with it. Easy to empty and to clean filter, but the big thing with this vacuum is the big head at the end of vacuum, it so flexible and it flops around all over the place including upside down , it's hard to control. If it was more stiff it would be great but it not , so I would not recommend.
