Walmart Falls Short on Third Party Sales

The remote control did not work. The instructions were sketcy and incomplete. Our biggest problem with the product was the return policy which made it impossible to try to have the product fixed due to the short window for return and the refusal of Walmart to acknowledge and solve our problem. Also, Walmart employees basically said that it was our problem and the 3rd party seller's problem - not Walmart's. I disagree and am disappointed that Walmart does not stand tall for products sold through its on line site. Walmart employees seemed to use the fact that there is a thid party seller as an excuse for failure to provide decent service.
