Arrived scratched - undisclosed open-box return

This item is clearly an open-box return - and scratched. Otherwise, the unit has worked adequately on the two 8.5x11" (3mil) sheets I've run thorough it upon opening, so three stars for that... If possible, I will update when/if the seller responds. (Crap happens - we all understand that, but making it right is *golden*...)
