Worst online purchase of my life

This seller sent my order through fedex. On the 18th, my order was in the next town over and scheduled to be delivered on the 19th. Then I was notified that the item was delayed in transit. On the 25th, the item still had not arrived, so I reached out to Big Bargain World to ask for a refund. The seller refused to refund me and said that I must wait for one month for the order to arrive before they will issue a refund. The seller had terrible English skills, and could barely communicate with me. Several messages were totally incoherent. This has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST online shopping experience of my whole life.
