Broke my Heart Seriously

This seller sent me 2 Tropical plants to a Cold F ridged Place with a wind chill factor of 40-60 below zero, back to back snow storms of at least a foot, snow, sleet, rain, squalls using smart post 8-10 day delivery time all conditions go, with no heating pad, just to save some money and not much, because if the place did their homework, they would see sometimes Smart Post is more. The plants got several delays along the way so from Feb 14 to March 2nd and then delayed again to March 7th. I still don't have them and I know they will be DOA, but I have to wait another few weeks to be refunded because it is a third party seller. I don't know how this seller didn't get 0 for a rating. The New Walmart Return for Refund makes it impossible to return spoiled milk, meats or anything like plants without a huge hassle, your time and gas. The employees questioned the shipping, but no they said we will just wait and see. I will never buy from them again.
