Not easy

I ordered this item with the expectation that I would receive four items (4 per case) and got only one. Annoyingly, I had to call their vendor, Unbeatable.com and had to wait through endless music till I got their live person. He assured me he would email me and check with the warehouse. So far, 24 hours later, I have not heard from them. My gut is not to do business with them anymore, but would like to give them the benefit of the doubt...I will call them tomorrow and check on my order...what a pain this is...I should have ordered through Amazon!
