This is the only prenatal vitamin that I have found that it actually helps with constipation instead of making it worse. it also helps with nausea and sits well on my stomach. So I'm guessing it digests well. I am on my 5th pregnancy and i have tried a lot of different brands but would recommend this vitamin every time im asked.
