Never receive my item.

I ordered these pencils along with a grocery order. The grocery items were delivered to the home but the pencils were shipped FedEx. Once delivered, I noticed they delivered to thw wrong house according to the picture but the tenants supposedly dont have the package. I basically lost money and never got any pencils. Refund is not an option, returns. How can I return if I dont have the items!!!! Disappointed!
