This Chardonnay is produced from original Wente clones planted in 1964 – around the time The Beatles were having their heyday! What’s so great about Wente, you ask? The vines have larger berries that deliver ripe fruit flavors and smaller berries that counterbalance with acidity. Aged 15 months in barrel, the result is a delicious interplay between wet stone, apricots and flowers – beckoning you to belt out a chorus of “Love, love me do!”
