Not all the parts fit - good service and support though

I purchased this front end suspension kit because of the price and all that was included. My mechanic let me know that the ball joints didn't fit. I was refunded a portion of the price, but I would have much rather had the parts. I called and they did a vin check etc, I guess there is just a lot of variability in the parts used. They were very easy to work with.
