LIMITED WARRANTY Primo Water Corporation, (“Vendor”) warrants to the original purchaser of this dispenser, and to no other person, that if this dispenser is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it, then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such dispenser shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Vendor may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized retailer or distributor. Therefore, you should retain your sales slip or invoice. The Limited Warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of parts which prove defective under normal use and service and which Vendor shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning any parts, you should contact Vendor’s Customer Service Department using the contact information listed below. If Vendor confirms, after examination, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty in any returned part, and if Vendor approves claim, Vendor will replace such defective part without charge. If you return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by you. Vendor will return replacement parts to original purchaser, freight or postage prepaid. For units purchased outside of the continental US (limited to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), dispensers determined to be defective by the Vendor should be returned or exchanged at the original point of purchase within the warranty period. The Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the dispenser, as set out in the User’s Manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the finish after purchase, including without limitation scratches, dents, discoloration or rust. The Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Vendor disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors. AFTER THE PERIOD OF THE ONE (1) YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY, VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Better than I expected.
I was wary of getting this since it was a Black Friday discount and I had read a couple of negative reviews and I thought maybe they were trying to unload some inferior product, but it is awesome and far exceeds what I was expecting. It's sleek and modern. I don't mind it being in view of the living area because it looks like a top of the line piece of equipment (which it is). I've never used a water system, but I've just moved in with my grandson and his wife and we go through bottled water like crazy and this seemed like a logical solution. It was very easy to figure out how it works, and literally nothing to put together. Just pop the jug of water in and you have hot/cold water. Really glad I got it.

It's an online special sale which I encourage people to look at before it ends. For the price it was listed no other sellers could beat and when I received my order the first thing I noticed was the bonus coupon attached to the box redeemable for a free 5 gal. water pickup. Just scan the QR code on the box to find a water pickup retailer near you. Now I'll be honest it's constructed of thin metal and if you have it delivered be sure to inspect the box for any damage however if you want to save money you're basically getting about 75% off when compared to the average cost of a bottom loading water dispenser. It has indicator lights for heating, cooling and empty bottle. It has a child safety feature on the hot water dispense button. If you have a top loader and tired of having to lift 3 or 5 gallons of water then you may want to consider this item. If you want to save money when compared to what the average price is? Then go and lock in your online order before this sale is gone. It's while supplies last so don't wait too long to decide. Please note that the manufacturer noted on the box that the dispenser should be stored in the upright position for 24 hours prior to use.
