Rockets are here, but

Rockets are here,BUT There are only parts and pieces. It needs glue and some way to attach the rubber band to the tube of the rocket. It attached to the cone fine but there's no way to tie it to Rocket tube or tape it because it's so small. I will have to think on this because I don't know at this time. How I would attach the rubber band to the tube if anybody can think of a good way? I mean, I'm talking. I can't even get a pinky in the rocket tube.
