First let me say, yes the directions can be a bit complicated but that aside, it wasn't hard to follow. The only complaint I have is making the latches work properly with my slider lock. I had to "modify" it as the extra spacers given were simply not enough. I had to add washers to just one end of each latch to make it work but once I did, this thing is beautiful. If you're handy or know someone who is, don't disregard this slider as it is FAR cheaper than most out there. There's just not enough out for those of us who have upgraded our windows but this one does the trick just fine for me. Thank you Ideal Pet doors for thinking of folks like us. Now work on giving us the opportunity to space those latches out more...and you'll win over even more pet owners. Otherwise, this product would've gotten a 5 star. AS for the the company who actually provided this product through Walmart. KUDOS and 5 stars to YOU. I got this FAR earlier than anticipated. Today is 4/26 and I wasn't supposed to receive until at least 5/3. Awesome shipping. Thanks!!!
