I see a lot of ones on here. I don't believe people understand what a Refub is. A refub phone should look brand new. All cell phones are tested and some times phone don't pass so it is since back. That phone can't be sold as new. Once the phone is fix it goes though more testing than a new phone. Sure every once in a while someone will get a bad phone. Sometimes the phone is still lock. Call verizon T mobile Att. All they need is the ESN. It's in there system that the ESN should be unlocked. They can unlock it right then. As far as the green line and not being told for a week. The phone was dropped. walmart sells a cheap replacment plan that covers the phone for 2 years cheap. Go to Verizon buy a phone with replacment. You pay ever month for the plan. 1st month of the plan is more than the one time cost of the 2 year replacment at walmart. I do not work for walmart but I know these phones. I sold then for 30 years.
