[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 5-ply Clad Stainless Steel Roaster from KitchenAid is a awesome roaster. It is made very well and very durable. It's a great size. I love that it comes with a removable rack because you can cook other things and not just meat. It cooks very evenly. The removable rack makes it easy to clean too. I can't wait to try my turkey in it this year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy moly I am loving 5-ply clad oven roaster with removable rack! I've never owned one of these before. I always use one of those traditional dark speckled oval pans with the lid that my grandma passed down to me for roasting any type of large meats. And collecting the drippings for homemade gravy. This pan/pot/roaster is a lifesaver! I have so far cooked a London broil (a very large one) and a very large roasting chicken in my roaster. I had pictures to show you but unfortunately they got deleted from my camera roll. But trust me when I say it worked marvelously! I can't tell you how wonderful it is to use this. The rack sits inside of the pan. It makes it super easy to lift the meat and set it on top of the stove and make your gravy right in the pan! How awesome is that? I am a huge lover of homemade gravies. I will not use jarred, can or packets of gravy. When making gravy, it has to be homemade. With this roaster I can actually do it! It's super easy to clean. I was afraid that it may not fit because I have a smaller size oven however as you can see in the pictures it fits wonderfully! It's very easy to base through the rack. This means that meat comes out tender! But yet crispy because it has an open atmosphere to really crisp the outer layer! All the while leaving the juice inside. The turkey baster that I use it fits wonderfully through the slats of the rack. Not only is it easy to cook gravies but it's also healthy for you. Instead of having the meat sitting directly in all the oils etc the meat sits up away from it if you choose a more healthy diet. You can remove the rack and use it just as a plain roaster adding onions potatoes carrots to perhaps a pot roast! I mean there's so many things I can do with this I can go on and on and on! However this review would be too long for the public to view! Let's just say I adore it! I do not know how I got along without it before.
