Fair trade.

I only buy organic and fair trade when that's a choice. This sugar is no different than non fair trade sugar. The big difference is the community this sugar comes from only has adults working the fields while the children are in school where they belong. The adults earn a living wage.

Easy to use!

We enjoy sweet tea. I haven't found any sugar substitute that doesn't have a bad after taste. I use this sugar due to organic, fair trade & has most of the cane color. Hopefully not as washed as the white sugar. It works well with making our sweet tea which we drink every day.
