My Magic Carpet 3'x5' Machine Washable Non-Slip Kitchen Entryway Area Rug - Floral Bloom Multicolor

"I purchsed this same beautifully vibrant rug with its excellent gripping back side five years ago. It bore the brunt of five cats, a 90 pound dog, and four people coming and going out our door and back again wirh weekly washes in our washing machine and drying in our dryer before it finally wore out. Time to reorder which I did. I am pleased the very same print is still available in the same rug made from with same good quality. Ordering online was easy. Our rug arrived four days later except...it wasn't our rug! Not the bright and lively patterned favorite we ordered. I emailed customer service and heard back the next day. It was their mistake so a very nice person sent me a FedEx return address to print out. I took it and the opened pa ckage to the nearest Fed-Ex facility ten minites away and they were fantastic about it. Four days later the rug we actually ordered arrived and was rolled out of the box and laid on the floor in front of our door. An email from customer service checked up and all is well. We are all human and sometimes mistakes happen; the excellent and timely customer service rectifying the mistake spoke volumes and I am so pleased to continue supporting an excellent brand for allten of us in our family!"
