broken plastic handle. extremely dangerous.
wok 14" great size. 2 handles BUT the holding handle is cheaply made plastic. not strong enough for the weight of the 14" wok filled with food. broke off extremely dangerous. all my attempts to contact joyce chen company unsuccessful. all my attempts to get replacement handle unsuccessful. i had to buy a new wok.
