Not accurate measurements

I like the curtain quality but they arrive not only terribly wrinkled(due to their tight packaging) but the measurements are one inch shorter in length. Also, found that one panel had spotting in the fabric(dye ) which I could not brush off. Although it is a good price for the money (measures 50 by 95 not 96) I will be returning them. That inch makes a big difference when hung. The color I bought is Truffle. Like another reviewer stated this color has apurple-brownish coloration and is on the dark side. But if you are willing to accept these things, then buy them.
