Colours not at all as pictured

SO disappointed :( I love NuLoom and have bought many other machine washable and printed rugs from them before...come of which appeared differently online vs. in person but not by much. Whereas this one couldn't be more different than the colours in the image! Its NOT AT ALL FADED and the 'actual color' is not at all light grey as listed in the description- In reality any grey areas are really dark grey in person - straight up charcoal -and the middle of the oval is a pronounced beige, not some shade of off white as you would expect from the photo. So sad as I really wanted this one to work out. But unfortunately will be returning it promptly!
