Excellent for person who might have difficulty dialing a regular phone. Buttons on side can be very annoying when accidentally pushed, but these can be silenced. Extra safety pendants are available if you want to buy them. After completing a call, the person needs to press the lit button, or the phone line will be in an "in use" state. I wish it would reset the phone line to be able to make or receive a new call, but it doesn't seem to. Please make sure the person using the phone understands this.

I have pseudo seizures, mini-strokes, and syncope!! I'm not supposed to be left alone at all! This phone has helped ease my mind for my husband to be able to go back to work. The necklace is perfect because I can call 911 and/or my husband with the push of a button. It is also a speaker phone, when someone calls I can answer it with that also. It has a long range on it also, which helps if I'm outside at the clothesline or garden.

Could not afford monthly fees that regular monotors charge this monoter has a 200 hr. talk time and has to be replaced at a cost of only $29.00 .use is very easy talk to 911 just like phone calls with push of button same as phone talk to 911 for price was very suprised how good it is. one time purchase of phone 79.99 is worth price and the safety i have now without the high cost of monthly monotor systems.
